Unlike surface-level moisturizers, emu oil is known for its ability to penetrate through the outer layer of the skin (stratum corneum), helping carry beneficial fatty acids deeper where they’re needed most. Its composition is rich in oleic, linoleic, and linolenic acids, closely resembles human skin lipids, allowing it to absorb efficiently without clogging pores.
